A PTD Fitness and Yin Young member who has made an appointment for a Session may cancel or reschedule the Session provided at least 12 hours prior notice is given. You can make these changes through the Personal Training tab in your account within the Digital Properties or by contacting PTD Fitness and Yin Young directly at +971 56 660

If you cancel your session with a minimum of 12 hours notice, the session will be credited back to your account.
Members will be charged the full cost of the Session for late cancellations or no-show appointments.
I Want to Save Product – Subscription Rules and Cancellation Policy These rules are governed by the PTD Fitness and Yin Young terms and conditions, which are incorporated by reference.
Together, these rules and the terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement.
Mechanism:
You are subscribing to a service that automatically renews on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
We may add, change, or modify subscription products from time totime, and if you are affected by any of these changes, you will be notified at your registered email address.
The initial payment will be collected on the day of your subscription and will automatically renew every 30 days thereafter on a recurring basis.
By completing the initial payment, you are giving consent and authorization to PTD Fitness and Yin Young to automatically collect this amount on a recurring monthly basis through their third-party payment gateway, Telr. Your credit card details will be stored with
them, and you can review their Privacy Policy here.
Cancellation Policy:
The minimum subscription duration is three (3) months. If you decide to cancel your subscription for any reason, including illness, injury, travel, or leaving the country, within the initial three (3) months period, your card will be automatically charged for the full value of the three (3) months. If you wish to pause your subscription for a 2-week period due to
illness, injury, or travel, please refer to our Freeze Subscription policy below.
To cancel your subscription after the initial three (3) months period (from month four (4) onwards), follow these steps:
Go to My Subscriptions under Profile.
Locate the active subscription package you wish to cancel.
If your package is eligible for cancellation (beyond the initial three (3) months contract period), you will find a “Cancel” button.
You will be asked to confirm the cancellation and provide a reason.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, automatic payments will stop the following month.
Monthly Sessions Allocation:
When subscribing, you can choose from various monthly session options: 8, 12, 16, and 20.
The selected number of sessions per month will be credited to your account upon the collection of the automatic monthly payment authorized during your initial purchase.

You must use these sessions within 30 days from the date they are credited to your account.
Sessions not utilized within the 30-day period will expire and will not carry over to the next month. For example, if you purchased a 12-session monthly subscription pack and have conducted only 11 sessions, 1 session from the current month will expire on the 30th
day.
Freeze Subscription:
If you wish to pause your subscription due to illness, injury, or travel, you are allowed one (1) freeze period of 2 weeks during the initial 3-month contract period.
To freeze your package, follow these steps:
Go to My Subscription in your app under Profile.
Locate the active subscription package you wish to freeze.
If your package is eligible for a freeze (if you have not used this feature before), you will find a “Freeze” button.
You will be prompted to confirm your selection and provide a reason for the freeze before your package is paused for two weeks.
Your next payment will be automatically delayed by two weeks.
During the freeze period, you will not be able to train using your paused subscription package.
The freeze period will be available from the fourth month onwards, allowing you to receive a 2-week freeze period once every three (3) months.
If your trainer travels during your subscription, you will be given the option to either freeze your subscription until their return or continue training with an alternative trainer.
Additional Terms:
Each account may have only one (1) active subscription.
Subscriptions cannot be shared, transferred, or sold for cash under any circumstances.
PTD Fitness and Yin Young reserves the right to pause or cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate without prior notice.
There are strictly no refunds allowed for subscriptions. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please review our cancellation policy.
I Want Flexibility
Mechanism:
You are enrolling in a pay-as-you-go service. Your card will be charged only once at the time of purchase.
The purchased package has an expiration date, as specified in the table below. Once the package expires, any unconducted sessions will automatically expire from your app.
You can view your package details and expiration date at any time by visiting “My Packages” in the app or below:

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
By purchasing a package, you commit to a select number of sessions.
Refunds are not permitted, regardless of the reason for canceling your package, including illness, injury, travel, or leaving the country.
If you wish to pause your package due to illness, injury, or travel, please refer to our Freeze Package policy below.
Session Expiry:
When purchasing a package, you can choose from various session options: 1, 8, 12,30,72 or 144, across different package types such as solo, duo, kids, specialties (Kickbox, Swiming, MMA & Yoga), and Programs by Team Leaders. We may make additions, changes, or modifications to products from time to time, and if you are affected by these changes, you will be notified at your registered email address.
The number of sessions you select must be conducted before the expiration date listed in the table below. The expiration date is calculated from the date of purchase. You can refer to the confirmation email we sent you upon successful purchase for the
package commencement date.
Once a package expires, it will be marked as “expired” on your “My Packages” page, and any remaining sessions that were not conducted prior to the expiration date will expire.
Expired sessions cannot be transferred to another package, or account, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

12 sessions: 60 days
30 sessions: 120 days
72 sessions: 180 days
144 sessions: 365 days
Freeze Package:
We understand that there may be instances when you need to temporarily pause your package due to unforeseen illness, injury, or travel. If you are eligible for a freeze, you are allowed one (1) freeze period of a maximum of 2 weeks per purchased package. The
freeze period cannot be extended or split into multiple periods once granted.
To request a package freeze, please email us at info@personaltrainersdubai.com from your registered email address and provide the following information:
The reason for freezing your account
Supporting documentation (e.g., plane ticket, doctor’s note, etc.)
Our customer service will respond within 2 working days to confirm if the freeze has been accepted. Your package will automatically resume after the designated freeze period has ended. Please note that during the freeze period, you will not be able to train using
your paused package.
In the event that your trainer travels during your package period, you will be given the option to either freeze your subscription until their return or continue training with an alternative trainer.
Additional Terms:
You may have multiple active packages per account.
Packages cannot be shared, transferred, or sold for cash under any circumstances.
